Champion Homes was a Winner at the 2018 HIA-CSR NSW Housing and Kitchen & Bathroom Awards
The team was incredibly excited when their name was read. The category they won was HIA NSW Display Home $250,001 – $300,000, partnered by Beacon Lighting Commercial for their project.
The winning home was the Novara 215, a very popular design on display at Calderwood.
The judges referred to the quality and finishes of the construction as well delivered. They also said it was presented with exceptional quality. The judges commented on the orientation and light, and said it was suited to the block. “The design internally is bright and spacious while ideally suited for narrow allotments,” said the Judges.
Congratulating Champion Homes on such an outstanding achievement was HIA Executive Director – NSW, David Bare. “The awards recognise excellence in residential construction. These awards provide a tremendous opportunity for HIA members to showcase their projects and highlight building and design excellence,” said Mr Bare.
“The winners of major categories can look forward to progressing to HIA’s national awards next year…I wish them every success” he said.
“This year’s awards were a tremendous display of the housing industry’s capacity, innovation and resilience in a very busy NSW residential market” David Bare concluded.
Marketing Director of Champion Homes, Cora Ryan said, “We at Champion Homes are proud to have achieved this award. Customers love the Novara design. This latest display home represents everything they have come to know and love about modern design and living.”
