“Knock Down” Promotion Terms & Conditions
The “Knock Down” Promotion (“Promotion”) is valid to new Champion Homes Pty Ltd (“Champion”) customers.
This Promotion is available for a limited time only.
A “new customer” refers to anyone who has not previously requested a tender (or paid a tender request fee) for their new home to be built on the customer’s land by Champion.
The Promotion is only available to those new customers who enter into a building contract with Champion and proceed with the building of a new dwelling with Champion.
The price for demolition of an existing house does not include the cost of any work associated with removal of any hazardous or contaminated materials uncovered on the site.
The Tender acceptance fee must strictly be paid as per the Tender Document.
This Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or offer.
Champion reserves the right in its absolute discretion to vary, suspend, extend or terminate this Promotion or these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice.
