The most notable difference between Champion Homes and every other home builder in NSW is our diverse selection of two-storey narrow block house designs. These highly customisable home designs vary in their shape, size, style, and in their number of bedrooms, bathrooms, and parking spaces.

Whether or not a narrow lot two-storey home is right for you will depend largely on your budget and the size of your property, as these houses aren’t suitable for lots smaller than about 10m. You may have also noticed that our house plans for narrow lots come with a 2 car garage. If you need room for more than 2 vehicles, then a narrow lot home, two-storey, or single-storey may not be suitable for you.

As for choosing between our many double-storey narrow lot house plans, we recommend focusing on both the exterior and internal layout of the home. This includes the position of the bedrooms and whether or not you’d like a granny flat, a media room, a study room, etc. Try to take both your present and future needs into consideration

As leading experts in knockdown rebuild homes, Champion Homes can demolish your current home and build your dream home in its place. A major benefit to going this route, as opposed to just moving elsewhere, is that you and your family don’t have to leave your school, friends, or community behind. 

With Champion Homes, you can work with one business for the entire process, as opposed to hiring two or more businesses for the demolition, home-design, and home building phases. Working with one business simplifies everything immensely, as the latter option can be more time-consuming, expensive, and stressful. 

Once you’ve chosen one of our narrow two story house plans, our team will prepare the tender request documents for you to fill out and submit to our office. We can then proceed with preparing a custom design of your home that includes all of your requested customisations. We’ll present this to you for your approval at the tender acceptance meeting.


After you’ve approved the tender and paid the fee, we’ll work on the final set of drawings, which you can accept and sign off on with the HIA Building Contract for New Dwellings. We’ll help you add your own personal touch to the build throughout the process using our Style Studio. This is where our team will help you make custom selections for your new home, such as the exterior and interior finishes.

Once all supporting documents are submitted and approved by all relevant parties, the construction process will begin. The project will be led by a construction supervisor, who you’ll be able to contact and meet on-site throughout the build. The last step of the process is the final inspection with the building supervisor, after which you’ll be given the keys to your new home!

WHS Compliance Officer/Administraton

In this role you would be responsible for attending building sites and meeting with sub-contractors to ensure all paperwork is complete, in order, up-to-date and compliant as well as undertaking all associated administrative duties.

You would start and end the day in the office and have access to a company vehicle for site visits.  Our head office is located within proximity of M7/M5 junction, at Hoxton Park.

To be successful in this role you –

  • Have previous experience in a role involving Health & Safety
  • Ideally have had exposure to a construction/trade or similar background.
  • Are an excellent communicator, able to deal effectively with a wide range of people
  • Are comfortable with undertaking all associated administration including updating registers, updating and maintaining documentation etc.
  • Have excellent follow up skills.
