Air conditioning, Caesarstone kitchen benchtops, Tiles to porch & patio, Concrete driveway, Quality internal tiles & carpet throughout…and much more!

Build times will vary depending on land registration, your choice of home design, external factors such as weather etc. once we get the slab on the ground however the typical build time is anywhere from six to ten months.

We can do most things but not everything. For example, We do not provide landscaping/ fencing works. For any specific requests that you are unsure of it would be best to speak with one of our knowledgeable building consultants.

Your building tender will provide you with a comprehensive list of inclusions for your build. Any items not listed or mentioned in the tender can be considered an exclusion.

Champion homes can build in all suburbs throughout greater sydney and the illawarra. Some of our most prominent suburbs where we build include austral, leppington, oran park, box hill, marsden park, schofields, riverstone, rouse hill…and many many more!

As the builder we have no input or control over the process or length of time it takes for land to become titled. We cannot commence the building process until such time as the land is titled. For any specific questions it is best you speak with your building consultant.

We have over 20 unique single and double storey freedom designs. Your design will need to suit land dimensions & local council design guidelines. It is always best to have one of our experienced building consultants assist you in finding the design that is right for you.

With our extensive range of home designs, our customers very rarely find the need to make changes once they find the design that is right for them. We can however assist with minor internal design adjustments if the design permits.

An initial tender request fee is required to secure your nominated choice. A building tender and contract is then issued in due course for your review prior to signing at which point you pay the balance of the 5% of your building cost.

New Home Build, Duplex & Knockdown Rebuild

Champion Homes has a dedicated team of specialists who look after all the requirements to have your selected home design approved by Council or a private certifier.

Yes, if requested by the owner we will lodge a demolition application at the same time we lodge the development application, once approved we will arrange for demolition and removal of the old home.

Champion Homes has a long list of standard inclusions as documented in our Not So Standard home inclusions, floorcoverings and driveway are included in our inclusions.

Certainly, Champion Homes was originally conceived with the intention of being a specialist home builder where no two plans built would look the same.

Absolutely, the Champion Homes team has broad experience over many years in custom built homes. We have the specialists to accomplish the build successfully.

As a rule of thumb, taking into account the local council and the complexity of the build, the owner should allow six to nine months, more for dual occupancy approval. In relation to the build time, allow 12 months.

The first step for the customer will be to request a tender from Champion Homes. To prepare the tender we will arrange a site inspection and prepare concept plans, from there we provide a price estimate of the cost to build a new home on the customer’s land. Once the tender has been accepted you can leave the rest of the approval and home build in the capable hands of Champion Homes.

WHS Compliance Officer/Administraton

In this role you would be responsible for attending building sites and meeting with sub-contractors to ensure all paperwork is complete, in order, up-to-date and compliant as well as undertaking all associated administrative duties.

You would start and end the day in the office and have access to a company vehicle for site visits.  Our head office is located within proximity of M7/M5 junction, at Hoxton Park.

To be successful in this role you –

  • Have previous experience in a role involving Health & Safety
  • Ideally have had exposure to a construction/trade or similar background.
  • Are an excellent communicator, able to deal effectively with a wide range of people
  • Are comfortable with undertaking all associated administration including updating registers, updating and maintaining documentation etc.
  • Have excellent follow up skills.
